Festival of Good Decor

In cooperation with the interactive K2 agency, we were asked to develop a plan for the promotion of the newly opened IKEA furniture centre in Lodz. We were responsible for customized activity.

We have proposed a series of intervening activities that involve changing the design of public places using IKEA products. We established the Good Decor Team  for this event.  Young designers of the Tabanda project group were at the helm moving about in a retro camper and changing subsequent locations, giving them a new character.

Our ambient intervention activity were to be the inspiration of making changes in our own homes. The square in front of the Lodz City Hall at Piotrkowska street become an ideal place to rest for a few days, just like Lodz zoo. We completely changed the class in one of the public elementary schools and the main hall for one of the city pools. Our custom campaign was widely reported in the local media, and films documenting the magical transformations ended up on YouTube Client, significantly increasing its scope.
