Product manager

This role is perfect for someone who:

• Has a high sense of responsibility and delivers reliably – that’s really important to us
   

What we’re looking for – must-haves:

• At least 2 years of experience in sales support, project or product management

• Background in advertising, events, or media agencies

• Experience working with B2B clients and internal stakeholders

• Proven track record of supporting product sales – bonus points if you can show numbers

• Ability to create budgets, timelines, and lead a team toward execution

• Analytical mindset – you draw conclusions from data

• Comfortable with dynamic, fast-changing environments – flexibility is a must

• You don’t need a strict playbook to get things done – we appreciate initiative and independence

• You know your way around tools like Canva and Excel
   

What you’ll be doing:

• Supporting our internal client – mainly the sales team

• Conducting research, gathering customer insights, and co-creating original market research

• Creating tailored marketing and sales materials for our salespeople

• Co-developing product growth strategies with the product owner

• Co-creating go-to-market strategies for new products

• Helping shape product pricing

• Keeping an eye on trends and innovations in OOH/DOOH to guide our product development

• Salary: 6000–8600 PLN net/month (on invoice) – please calculate your take-home based on your business costs
