Product Manager
What are you going to do:
- managing the Good Looking Studio product portfolio,
- creating and updating product documentation (specifications, case studies),
- raising awareness of creative products by conducting training sessions, workshops, and internal and client meetings,
- creating and updating sales materials (including value propositions),
- supporting the sales team and participating in client meetings,
- monitoring the quality of product implementation and display,
- analyzing results and drawing conclusions (process and quality optimization),
- marketing support (creating substantive content),
- analyzing campaigns and monitoring the “buzz” surrounding their execution,
- tracking trends and competitor activities (OOH in Poland and globally),
- collaborating across departments (sales, marketing, production) to optimize and maintain products and drive sales growth,
- participating in product development and strategy.
What we offer:
- B2B contract-based cooperation,
- salary: PLN 8,500–9,500 net per invoice (depending on experience and skills),
- the right to paid breaks during service provision,
- the option of hybrid work after the trial period (number of remote work days to be determined),
- 3 months trial period,

Our requirements:
- At least 2–3 years of experience in product management within marketing and advertising, demonstrated through completed projects; experience in outdoor advertising is an advantage,
- knowledge of the creative marketing market in both offline and online channels,
- ability to create technical documentation, offers, and value propositions,
- an analytical approach to projects,
- proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word; proficiency in Photoshop, Canva, and Figma is an advantage,
- communicative English proficiency sufficient to conduct meetings and prepare materials,
- willingness to work on non-standard products and projects,
- ability to think outside the box, find solutions, and navigate difficult situations,
- openness to new tasks and challenges in the rapidly changing world of advertising,
- independence and excellent work organization—you shape reality, not the other way around.
