Aboutproject
BRIEF A large-format mural promoting the ‘Break in Classic’ International Music Festival, sponsored by the Polish National Foundation. Located at 7/9 Jaworzyńska Street in Warsaw – a striking display on one of the capital’s main thoroughfares. CHALLENGE A precise, portrait-style reproduction of the faces of the event’s main figures – pianist Aleksander Dębicz and opera singer and dancer Jakub Józef Orliński. It was crucial to preserve the dynamism, richness of detail and vivid colours of the original artwork in a large format covering an area of 208 m². RESULT The project was completed in just 4 days, artfully blending the world of classical music with modern street art. The mural caught the eye of thousands of passers-by and public transport passengers, generating a monthly reach of over 1.5 million people (approx. 1,549,575).
